What this covers

Venuo reads a venue’s sales mailboxes, read-only, and turns them into an audit, a dashboard and insights on where revenue slips. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit venuo.ai, request a free pilot, or use the product.

Information we collect

Account data includes names, work emails, venue name, role, and billing contacts. Product data includes the mailbox threads you connect (enquiries, quotes and their attachments, confirmations and client details) and the findings, metrics and drafts Venuo derives from them. Usage data includes pages viewed, feature use, and device information needed to keep the service running.

Mailbox and AI processing

Mailbox access is read-only: Venuo never sends, moves or deletes mail. We read the messages in the mailboxes you connect to link enquiries, quotes and clients, and to extract structured fields (event type, dates, guests, budget signals). The language models that process your mail run under zero-data-retention terms and never train on it. Your data is stored in the EU. Suggested replies and automations stay in your workspace until a person approves them.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the product, prevent abuse, bill the account, and respond to support. We do not sell personal information. Processors (hosting, email delivery, payments, accounting sync) see only what they need to perform their job, under contract.

Sharing

Integrations you enable (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and others) receive the data required for that connection. We disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and booking records for as long as the workspace is active and as required for tax and audit. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to legal holds on financial records. Contact team@venuo.ai.
