Terms of Service

The service

Venuo provides software that reads a venue’s sales mailboxes, read-only, and turns them into an audit, a dashboard, insights and optional automations. By creating an account or requesting a pilot you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate workspace details and keep login credentials under your control. You are responsible for the staff you invite. We may suspend access for unpaid invoices, abuse, or risk to other customers.

Your data

Bookings, prices, mail, and client records remain yours. You grant Venuo a license to process that data solely to run the product, including mailbox parsing and draft generation you enable. You represent that you have the right to connect those mailboxes and the data in them.

AI drafts

Suggested replies, parsed fields, and quote drafts are assistance, not legal or financial advice. Binding documents (quotes, contracts, invoices) do not send without a human confirmation in the default configuration. You remain responsible for what leaves the venue.

Acceptable use

Do not probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service; do not upload malware; do not use Venuo to send unlawful or deceptive messages. We may rate-limit or disconnect integrations that harm the platform.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in the order form. Taxes are extra. Unused terms are not refunded except where required by law. We may change list prices on renewal with notice.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that AI extraction will be complete. To the extent permitted by law, Venuo is not liable for lost bookings, missed deposits, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may end a paid term as set in the order form. On termination we will make a reasonably complete export of booking and client data available for a limited window, then delete it except where law requires retention.
